The Flackley Ash Hotel near Rye can be exclusively yours, allowing you to celebrate on the scale and with the character that you choose. This option gives you sole use of the hotel, function rooms, bar, bedrooms and gardens.
So if you’d like to stage an event, talk to us about exclusive use of Flackley Ash Hotel. We pride ourselves on a highly personal approach and will tailor-make your event just the way you want it.
Exclusive use is perfect if you have many guests attending, particularly from far afield, and would like to offer an accommodation option.
Exclusive Use includes:
- Use of the entire hotel from 2.00pm through to 11am the following day
- Main House Restauant, lounge, bar, restaurant and grounds
- 44 bedrooms throughout the hotel (mixture of doubles, twins, four posters and suites)
- 44 bedrooms are based on Room Only - Breakfast for guests are chargable
- Free parking
- Swimming pool, spa facilities and the gym for all your guests during their stay*
