Available in the cupboard in restaurant.
Bottled water
Bottled water is available from reception. This is a chargeable service.
Children’s Menu
Our Junior Menu is served from 6.00pm.
DVD’s
A selection of complimentary DVDs are available from reception.
Departure
Check out time is 12.00 noon. However, subject to availability, a late check out until 6pm may be available with a £50 charge.
Damage to room
Any damage caused to the bedroom or items missing a fee upto £250 will be charged to your card to cover the cost of replacement/repairs.
Doctor
Medical attention can be arranged please contact reception by dialling ‘0’ during manned reception time or dial ‘2291’ when reception is closed.
Dry Cleaning, Laundry & Pressing
A laundry service is available, and a bag is placed in the top drawer of your dressing table. Please complete the form that is provided in this pack.
Electrical current
The electrical current in this country is 240 volts, 50 Hz.
First Aid
Several of the staff are trained in first aid, so if you require first aid assistance please contact reception.
Front door key
If at any time during your stay you expect to be out after 11.00pm, please take your room key with you as it will also unlock the front door.
Fire precautions/exit
Please read the fire notice displayed on the back of your door.
In the event of fire, close all doors and windows and leave by the nearest fire exit. Elderly or infirm guests should make their concerns known to reception on arrival so we may make provision for your welfare in the event of an emergency.
Gratuities
Please note that we do not add a service charge to accounts. Gratuities are left to the discretion of guests.
Guest supplies
Further supplies of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, towels, soap etc are available from reception.
Hairdryers
Each room is supplied with a hairdryer, which can be found in the dresser drawer.
Heaters & Fans
Heaters and fans can be found in the wardrobe.
Internet Access
Complimentary Wifi access is available in guest bederooms and also in the hotel public areas. Please ask reception for technical support.
Iron and Ironing board
These are available please contact reception.
Keys
Please ensure you leave your room key with reception upon departure. The room key will also unlock the front door.
Lost property
Any property, which is left behind after departure, will be kept for a period of 2 months, after which it will be donated to charity. Any valuables will be kept for 6 months.
Luggage and storage
Should you require help with your luggage or storage please call reception.

In an emergency only please contact extension 2291.

Sterling, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Delta are all accepted. (we do not accept cheques or Diners)
Dogs
Dogs are welcome to stay at the hotel for a charge of £13.00 per dog, per night and meals can be provided which is chargeable.
Photocopying
If you require anything photocopied, please ask reception and this will be charged to your bill at 20p per page. Service available 8am till 11pm daily.

Room service is available: 8am -9.30pm £3.95 charge per room service.
Security/Valuables
The notice concerning the Hotel Properties Act 1956 is displayed at reception. The management regrets it cannot accept responsibility for cash, valuables, passports, and other personal effects left in the guest’s rooms. A safe deposit facility is available via reception.
When you leave your room, please ensure your door is closed and locked behind you.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. It is against the law to smoke anywhere inside the hotel.
If you smoke in the bedroom £50 will be charged to your card for additional cleaning services.
Taxis
Reception will provide taxi contact details. To avoid disappointment we recommend booking your taxi as soon as possible.
